וּרמִינְהוּ Introduces a contradiction form a source of equal status
כִּי תַּניָא הַהִיא 'When was that (Braita) taught' Resolves the contradiction by Stating that the other source refers to a different type of case.
דְאָמַר In Aramaic the letter ד is a Prefix that means for/that/which. It is the equivalent of the letter ש in Hebrew
דא"ר Acronym for דאמר רבי 'for Rabbi ____ said'
תַּנְיָא It was taught in a Braita(a Braita is teaching from the Tanaim that was not included in the Mishna 'was left outside')
וָתִּיקִין People who try to do Mitzvot in the Best possible way
