position describes the location of an object
reference point is a location to which you compare other locations
motion is a change in position over time
speed of an object is a measure of how far something moves in a given amount of time
vector is a quantity that has both size and direction
velocity is speed in a specific direction
acceleration is the rate at which velocity changes
centripetal acceleration acceleration in cicular motion
force is simply a push or a pull
inertia the tendecy of all objects to resist a change in motion
net force combination of all forces acting on an object
gravity is a force of attraction between objects due to their mass
free fall when gravity is pulling it down and no other forces are acting on it
orbit wen it travels around another object in space
