| Position | describes the location of an object |
| Motion | change in the position over time |
| Reference Point | location to which you compare other location |
| Speed | measured of how far something moves in a amount of time |
| Vector | quantity that was both size and direction |
| Velocity | speed in a specific direction |
| Acceelration | is the rate at which velocity changes |
| Centripetal Acceleration | acceleration in circular motion |
| Force | simply a push or a pull |
| Net Force | combination of all the forces acting on a object |
| Inertia | tendency of all objects to resist a change in motion |
| Gravity | force of attractions between objects due to their mass |
| Free Fall | when gravity is pulling it down and no other forces are acting on it. |
| Orbit | when it travels around another object in space |
