| vector | is a quantity that has both size and action |
| velocity | is speed in a specific direction |
| acceleration | is the rate at which velocity changes |
| centripetal acceleration | acceleration in circuler motion |
| force | push or pull |
| net force | the combination of all the forces acting on an object |
| inertia | is the tendency of all objects to resist a change in motion |
| gravity | is a force of attraction between objects due to their mass |
| free fall | when gravity is pulling it down and no other forces are acting on it |
| orbit |
