Reflect and Refract
| Term | Definition |

| Reflection | Is the bouncing back of a wave when it meets a surface or a boundary that does NOT absorbs the Entire wave's Energy. |
| Normal | A line Perpendicular to the surface the wave hits. |
| Law of Reflection | The Angle incoming wave make to the normal of the surface equals the angle that the outgoing wave makes to the normal. |
| Refraction | The Bending of waves caused by a change in there speed as they pass from one medium to another |
| Concave Lens | They make light waves produce smaller images |
| Convex Lens | They make light waves produce Larger images |
| Prisms | • refract light waves and separate white light into its different colors by bending the light at different angles depending on the frequencies of the light passing through the prism |
