Atropine - 0.5 IV push q 3-5min, max limit 0.04mg/kg - 2.0-5.0mg IV push q 5min until symptoms resolve
Dopamine Add 400mg to 250cc NS bag= 1600mcg/cc - 1-2mcg/kg/min - 2-10mcg/kg/min - 10-20mcg/kg/min
Verapamil 2.5-5.0mg VERY slow IV push over 2-5min. May repeat in 15-30min w/ 5.0-10.0mg
Epinepherine 1mg of 1:10,000 IV push w/20cc flush q 3-5min, no limit (ETT double dose) - 0.3mg of 1:1,000 IM - 1,2 or 4mg of 1:1,000 added to 250cc NS at 2-10mcg/min
Magnesium 2G dilute 10cc NS over 1min - 2G in 50-100cc NS bag infused over 5min - 2G in 50-100cc NS bag infused over 10min - 4-6G in 50-100cc bag infused over 20min
Calcium 0.5-1.0G Iv push repeat 10min or 2-4mg/kg IV push
Glucagon 1mg IM Smooth muscle relaxant/beta blocker OD- per agency
Pitocin 10 units added to 1000cc LR IM- 10 units
Albuterol 2.5mg premixed solution via SVN repeat per protocol
Lasix 40mg slow IV push
Atrovent 0.5mg premixed solution added to 2.5mg Albuterol via SVN
Solu-medrol 125mg slow IV push
