Postural drainage technique ID lobe or segment, position pt, avoid puke and aspiration wait 1.5 hrs after food, coordinate treatment with pain meds, explain procedure, take vitals(HR,RR,SPO2,BS), check wiring tubing etc, put rail up, when done, return position document followup
