How could parents help with homework? Set up a consistent, organized place for your child to do their homework. Help your child establish a homework schedule. Do not sit and do the homework with your child. Ask your child what is easy, difficult, or how they are going to improve.
How can students adapt or "shape" skills as they are learning them? Focus on conceptual understanding, Deal with only a few examples. Do not speed through assignments.
