Factors leading to the growth of Cambridge (UK)

What occured at the junctions between the important roads? Trade
What did trade lead to? The growth of a market

What did the addition of the University bring? Inteligent people
Why was the science park built in the North of Cambridge? Flat land; cheaper than other land in the South East of England
What is Cambidge close to? An airport, London
What does the airport allow? It allows people to travel for business and holidays
The University provides companies with what? The inteligent people that they require
