Lisinopril High blood pressure Avoid OTC cough, cold,allergy meds, salt substitutes containing potassium dizziness, headache, fatigue, cough, diarrhea, contact doctor if swelling (edema) occurs
Metoprolol Succinate high blood pressure take with food Dizziness, fatigue, depression, slow heart beat, itching, diarrhea, can mask hypoglycemic symptoms
Naproxen arthritis Take on empty stomach, avoid alcohol and asprin because it may cause ulcers may require 2 weeks to see improvement, indigestion, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea, vomiting, swelling, ringing in the ears, shortness of breath
Niacin high cholesterol take at bedtime with a low-fat snack, do not take with alcohol because it may cause flushing flushing, itching, rash, myopathy, side effects usually cease after a few weeks
Simvastatin high cholesterol avoid overexposure to the sun, do not become pregnant, avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice constipation, myopathy
Sulfamethaxozole with Trimethoprin infection take on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, complete full course of therapy diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rash, dizziness, sunlight sensitivity
Zolpidem Tartrate insomnia take immediately before bed, avoid alcohol, do not operate machinery Dry mouth, back pain, flu-like symptoms, may be habit-forming
