Tipos de duelo Puede ser el trabajo, un animalito, el hogar, la casa, las expectativas, un sueño, una relación de pareja o amistad, un matrimonio, un hijo dado en adopción, una capasidad despúes de un accidente, etc.
El duelo Es un reto para seguir creciendo, superarme y desarrollarme como ser humano.
Manejar el duelo Es aceptar la pérdida, como una realidad pero provocando un movimiento mental hacia algo más, hacia un nuevo objetivo.
La pérdida Es el proceso que sigue a la pérdida de algo o de alguien.Muchas personas lo relaconan con la muerte de un ser querido, pero la verdad es que el duelo es algo que a todos nos pasa.
Retomar otra vez mi vida se trata de generar nuevos objetivos resolviendo el duelo lo más pronto posible pasando poe las diferentes etapas necesarias y viviendo cada una de ellas.
