Colony overseas territory or settlement tied to a parent country.
Coral Reef structure formed by the skeletons of small sea animals.
Deforestation widespread cutting of forests
Desertification process of removing salt to make seawater drinkable.
Drought long period of extreme dryness and water shortages.
Genocide mass murder of people because of their race, religion, ethnicity, politics, or culture.
Immigrant person who moves to a new country to make a permanent home.
Indigenous native to or originating from a place.
Industrialized Country country in which a great deal of manufacturing occurs.
