Character You must build your character. Every time you chose to do what is right you build your character. It is the quality of your actions...like honesty, loyalty, responsibility, respect, sincerity, helpfulness and dependability.
Activity: Word Find The message from the word find is "You alone decide who you will be"
Attitude Your attitude reflects your outlook on life. Positive or negative attitude. Optimist (positive) sees the cup as half full. A pessimist (negative) sees the cup as half empty
Empathy Ability to understand what another person is feeling Take note: a smile is an universal form of communication
Iceberg of Anger What do you see when someone is angry? Examples: crying, silent treatment, yelling/swearing, clenched fists, hitting, facial expressions, grinding teeth, adrenaline

Hierarchy A diagram of sorts that shows the order or importance of something
Psychologist A person that studies human behavior
