Effet de La Vap sur le cerveau Hypoxie sévère = vasodilatation cérébrale = augmente PIC. Vap = diminue volume systolique et PAM = diminue perfusion cérébrale. Augmente PIC = oedème. Diminution PaCO2 + hyperventilation = diminue PIC par vasoconstriction cérébrale
Effet du peep sur le corp Augmente l'oxygénation en prevenant le collapsus alvéolaire. Diminution du shunt, auto peep, Raw et Work, FiO2.
