Motion and Forces Unit-Vocabulary

QuestionAnswer
The rate at which velocity changes. Acceleration
The total distance traveled divided by the time it takes to travel that distance. Average Speed

A push or a pull that acts on an object. Force

The attraction between any two object because of their mass. Gravity
The tendency of an object to resist a change in it's motion. Inertia
