What does this refer to? "the meaningfulness of a score" Validity
What type of simple validity test is this? " correlation between a score and a criterion outcome - it is the extent that a score on a scale or test predicts scores on some criterion measure such as supervisors performance ratings" Predictive validity
What three things could ruin reliability? Undermine the consistency? 1. Item content 2. Assessment episodes 3. Raters and interviewers
What does this refer to? "the degree to which a score corresponds to the construct that the measure is assumer to qualify" Validity
What type of simple validity test is this? "do the items look like they will measure the right concept?" Face validity
We can test the reliability of item content by using what procedures? Alternative form, split half and internal consistency. Now go write them out - what they each involve
