Quality Control for Magnetic Resonance Imaging Equipment

signal-to-noise ratio used to describe relative contributions to a detected signal of true signal and random superimposed signals or noise
slice position accuracy this test is performed to ensure that land-marking location is actually centered to magnet bore
transmit gain measure of radiofrequency power that is required to produce 90-degree flip of pt's magnetic vector during imaging
