| Perspective | a persons way of seeing something based on their belief or culture |
| Distance | how far away something is from a place |
| Direction | a way to go such as North, South, East, or West |
| Bearing | horizontal direction of one point with respect to another or to the compass |
| Coordinate | specific point on a map example:(0°,0°) |
| Vector | a course or compass direction |
| Equator | Location on the Earth that has a latitude of 0° |
| Parallel | lines of latitude |
