Vytorin ezetimibe/simvastatin antihyperlipidemic Combination of two medicines. Ezetimibe works by reducing the amount of cholesterol absorbed in your diet. Simvastatin works by blocking a certain enzyme that makes cholesterol.
tylenol #3 acetaminophen with codeine opiod/analgesic/C-III Relief of mild to moderately severe pain.
fosomax alendronate bisphosphonate/osteoporosis agent Slows boen loss while increasing boen mass. Used to treat or prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis and steroid induced osteoporosis and used to treat Pagets disease of bone.

Coreg carvedilol antihypertensive beta blocker treats high blood pressure and heart failure and may be used to improve survival after a heart attack.
Zantac Ranitidine histamine-2 blocker treats and prevents ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD), heartburn and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Vibramycin doxycycline hyclate anti-infective, tetracycline treats bacterial infections of the urinary tract, acne, gonorrhea, chlamydia and periodontitis(gum disease).
Medrol methylprednisolone corticosteriod treats severe allergies, arthritis, asthma, certain blood disorders, and skin conditions.

Elavil amitriptyline antidepressant It is a tricyclic antidepressant. How tricyclic antidepressants improve depression symptoms is not fully understood.They are thought to increase the activity of certain chemicals in the brain which helps improve mood.

K-Dur, K-tab, Klor-Con, Micro-K potassium chloride mineral potassium chloride is used to prevent or to treat low blood levels of potassium.
Catapres clonidine alpha agonist treats hypertension. it can also be used to treat alcohol withdrawal, ADH, migrains, nicotine withdrawal and severe pain.
Zetia Ezetimibe anti-hyperlipidemic treats high cholesterol.
Tricor and Antara fenofibrate anti-hyperlipidemic treats high cholesterol.
celebrex celecoxib cox-II inhibitor/ NSAID treats osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute pain.
seroquel quetiapine antipsychotic treats schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and bipolar depression.
Flomax Tamsulosin alpha blocker treats BPH- benign prostatic hyperplasia(an enlarged prostate).
Nasonex mometasone corticosteroid , may also be used to prevent nasal polyps.
Cymbalta duloxetine antidepressant Affects chemicals in the brain that may become unbalanced and cause depression. Used to treat major depressive disorders, general anxiety, fibromyalgia and diabetic neuropathy.
accuneb, proair HFA, Proventil, proventil HFA, ventolin albuterol areo bronchodilator relaxes the muscles in the airways and increases air flow to the lungs. treats/prevents bronchospasms in people with reversible obstructive airway disease and used to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasms.
Valium Diazepam benzodiazepine/C-IV treats anxiety disorders or short term relief of anxiety symptoms. Used to relieve certain types of muscle spasms and treat symptoms of alcohol withdrawal.
Pravachol pravastatin antihyperlipidemic lowering high cholesterol and triglycerides in certain patients. Increases high density lipoprotien cholesterol levels and is used with appropriate diets. Reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke and death due to coronary heart disease.
Klor-Con potassium chloride mineral used to treat low blood levels of potassium.
