What is a collective bargaining? a process in which individual workers in a union negotiate a contract with the union board and the employer covering their wages, hours of work as well as working conditions.
What is Positive Law Philosophy? law is a body of rules formulated by the state, and that citizens are obliged to obey the law for the good of the state as a whole.
