Define Scatter Radiation: Radiation that is scattered or created as a result of the attenuation of the primary xray beam by matter
Define Latent When exposed film or digital plate contains an "UNSEEN" picture

What does a transformer do? Part of the X-Ray machine that produces the HIGH VOLTAGE required for an XRAY
What is the X-RAY TUBE? The part of the machine that PRODUCES THE EXIT RADIATION
WHAT IS THE X-RAY TABLE? WHERE THE PATIENT LAYS DOWN
WHAT IS THE TRANSFORMER PRODUCES THE HIGH VOLTAGE REQUIRED FOR THE X-RAY PRODUCTION
WHAT IS THE CONTROL BOOTH? A WALL OR ENCLOSURE WITH A LEAD GLASS WINDOW DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE BXMO FROM RADIATION EXPOSURE.
WHAT IS THE CONTROL CONSOLE? USED TO SET THE EXPOSURE FACTORS AND INITIATE THE EXPOSURE.
DEFINE CENTRAL RAYS: IMAGINARY PERPENDICULAR LINE IN THE CENTER OF THE PRIMARY BEAM.
WHAT IS THE LONGITUDIAL MOVEMENT OF AN XRAY TABLE ALONG THE LONG AXIS OF THE TABLE
WHAT IS THE TRANSVERSE MOVEMENT OF AN XRAY TABLE ACROSS THE TABLE
