Garnishes

Cocktail Garnishes and preparations

DrinkGarnish
Lemon Drop Martini sugared rim, lemon Shaken & Strained
Cosmo Lime. Shaken & Strained
Margarita Salt rim, lime. Shaken, strained over fresh ice
Old Fashioned Cherry and orange slice muddled. All ingredients in glass, stir with 1 ice cube, then add ice
Manhattan Cherry. Stir with ice and strain into iced glass. Traditionally strained & served up
Mudslide Shake & Strain into chilled martini glass drizzled with chocolate
Espresso Martini Coffee bean. Shaken & Strained into chilled martini glass
Martini Olive or lemon twist. Shaken and strained into chilled martini glass
Tom Collins Orange & cherry. Shake with ice (without soda) & strain into ice filled glass, top with soda
Whiskey sour Cherry. Shake and strain into ice filled low ball
Amaretto sour lemon twist and/or cherry. Can add splash of sprite
Tequila Sunrise Cherry and/or orange
Fuzzy Navel Orange. Can add 1.5 oz vodka
Kamikaze Lime. Shake & Strain into chilled glass
Gimlet Lime. Shake & Strain into chilled glass
Daiquiri Lime. Shake & Strain into chilled glass or over ice
Dark & Stormy Lime
Moscow Mule Lime
Sea Breeze Lime
Bay Breeze lime or pineapple wedge
Bloody Mary Celery Stalk and Lemon. Shake with Ice and Strain into ice filled glass
Long Island Lemon. Shake (without cola) & strain into an ice filled glass, top with cola
Mojito Sprig of mint. Muddle mint & sugar, and ice and Rum, lightly shake, strain into ice filled glass. Top with soda
Sidecar Lemon Twist. Can rim glass with sugar Shake & Strain into chilled martini glass or ice filled lowball
Aperol Spritz Orange. Served in ice filled wine glass
Negroni Orange Peel
Mai Tai mint sprig (slap mint to bruise). Shake and strain into an ice filled lowball
Mint Julep mint. muddle mint and simple syrup, add bourbon and stir, add crushed ice and garnish
Bahama Mama Any combo of orange, cherries, and pineapple wedges. Shake and strain into ice filled highball
