Huevos Tejanos 3 scrambled eggs w. bacon, onions, jalapeños, poblanos, tomatoes & cheese. Rolled in 2 flour tortillas
Plato Americano 2 eggs cooked to order served with 3 bacon strips
Brunch Quesadillas 2 eggs scrambled w. potatoes, jalapeños, onions & tomatoes between 2 grilled flour tortillas w. melted Monterey Jack, American & Cheddar cheeses. Served w. sour cream, guacamole & a side of green sauce with tomatoes.
