What is a focaccia? A focaccia is an Italian flatbread that is flavored using olive oils and herbs.
What is a kaiser roll? a round, crusty roll often sprinkled with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
What is a torpedo roll? A torpedo roll is a long, skinny sandwhich roll.
What is a pita? A pita is a round shaped flatbread cut open to make a pocket.
What is a tortilla? A tortilla is a flattened, round bread baked on a griddle or deep fried.
