What's a phyllo? A very thin layered pastry dough.
What's a crepe? A small thin pancake made with egg batter.

What is sauerkraut? finely sliced cabbage that has been fermented in brine.

What is a Monte Cristo? A closed shallow fried or deep fried sandwich.
What are the two main types of cold sandwiches? Pastrami and club
What is a salad sandwich? A sandwich that has a salad made with a fatty dressing as the filling.
What are 6 types of hot appetizers? brochettes, filled pastry shells, meatballs, rumakin, stuffed potato skins, and chicken wings.
