Sandwiches and Appetizers

What is a closed sandwiche? It is a sandwich has two slices of bread with a filling in between them.
What is an open-face sandwiches? It is a sandwich where spread is added to the top of the sandwich, the sandwich is not closed
What is a triple-decker sandwiches? this sandwich has three slices of bread that It is a sandwich that is stacked with filling placed inbetween each layer
What is a finger sandwiches? It is a sandwich that is small and fancy, that often have their crusts remove and cut into various shapes.
What is a wrap? A wrap is an easy-to-eat sandwich that are made with soft, flat breads that are folded or wrapped around the fillings.
What are the different types of rolls? Kaiser Roll and Torpedo Roll.
What are the different types of speciality rolls? Pita, tortilla, chapatti, phyllo, and a crepe.
What can the fillings of sandwiches be? Hot or cold meats, fish, cheeses, vegetables, or a combination of all these.
What are the different types of sandwiches? Hot and cold sandwiches.
What are the three types of hot sandwiches? Basic, grilled, and fried sandwiches.
What are the types of of hot appetizers? Brochettes, filled pastry shells, meatballs, rumaki, stufffed potato skins and chicken wings.
What is a brochette? It is a combination of meat, poultry, fish,and vegetables served on a small skewer.
What is a rumaki? An appetizer that is made out of blanched bacon that is then wrapped around vegetables , seasoned food, poultry, meat, and fruits.
What is a salad dressing made out of? It is a sandwich that has salad made out of fatty dressing such as mayonnaise, as the filling.
Is pastrami smoked or roasted? Pastrami is smoked.
What are the two ways you can make a Monte Cristo sandwich? You could make it with thin slices of ham, with swiss cheese and Dijon mustard. The other way you coud make the sandwich is including turkey or chicken breast, and butter or mayonnaise between the layers.
