| Term | Meaning |
| Win-Lose | High on courage and low on consideration. Always trying to get ahead and beat others. |
| Lose-Win | Low on courage and high on consideration. You're not brave enough to stick up for yourself. |
| Lose-Lose | If you can't win, nobody wins. You get revenge, you put yourself and others down |
| Win-Win or No Deal | You're ready to walk away before someone loses, including yourself. |
| EBA | Emotional Bank Accounts |
| Emotional Bank Account | Think of your relationships/friendships as bank accounts. Every time you do something to help the relationship, it's a deposit. When you do something to hurt the relationship, it is a withdrawal. |
