| Win-Lose mentality | High courage, low consideration, always trying to beat others, thinking in terms of "me vs. them." Believing others have to lose for you to win. |
| Win-Win mentality | Wanting to lift yourself and others up, helping both yourself and others. |
| Lose-Win mentality | Low courage, high consideration, prone to being taken advantage of, victim mentality. Others always win and you always lose. |
| Lose-Lose mentality | If you can't win, no one can. Tearing others and yourself down. |
| Emotional Bank Account (EBA) "depositing" | Acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidences, don't gossip, set clear expectations, apologize, forgive |
