Moral rights | These allow the author of a public work to control their works. |
Performing rights | Refers to the copyright law of performing music in public. |
Fair dealing | An exception that allows limited/non-commercial copying for specific purposes, like facilitating creativity and learning. |
Blanket license | These allow radio and television stations, DJs, musicians, and public businesses to play music without needing to acquire the proper rights to play songs. |
