Definition
Mountains   A large natural elevation of the Earth’s surface rising abruptly from the surrounding level; a large steep hill.

Hills   A large piece of land that's been elevated a little bit above sea level.

Rivers   A large natural stream of water flowing in a channel to the sea, a lake, or another such stream.

Desert   A hot, dry, piece of land that has cacti and dead bushes

Cataract   A series of many waterfalls

Sea   A body of saltwater that covers most of Earth's surface.  
🗑
Gulf   A large amount of water that is partially closed by land but connects to an ocean and that connection is usually narrow.

Oasis   An oasis is a fertile spot in the desert where you can find water and plants

Delta   An area made up of low, flat land shaped like a triangle, where part of the river splits and spreads out into many branches before being admitted into the sea

Valley   these are commonly drained by rivers and may be in a relatively flat plain or between ranges of hills or mountains.
