🗑
week two Biomolecules= explores the basic units of matter- atoms and molecules. Primary protein structure; Secondary protein structure; Tertiary protein structure; Quaternary protein structure.   week nine Senses and Endocrine= The nervous and endocrine systems act together to coordinate the functions of all body systems.
🗑
week three Cell Function, Growth & Development= The cell is the basic function of all units of the body. Prophase, Prometaphase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase, Cytokinesis.   week ten The Heart and Blood= Our heart beats 100,000 times a day, pushing 5,000 gallons of blood through our body every 24 hours. Systolic blood pressure (first sound heard) Diastolic blood pressure (last sound heard)

🗑
week six Articulations and Muscle Contraction= An articulation, or joint, is a point of contact between bones. Medial sagittal section through right elbow----Lateral view of right elbow joint----Medial view of right elbow joint   week thirteen Digestion and Absorption= Bringing essential nutrients into the internal environment so that they are available to each cell of the body. Ingestion-----Defecation
🗑
week seven Nerve Signaling= neurons working together in reflex arcs operating together as needed regulatory feedback loops
