Win-Lose mentality   High courage, low consideration, always trying to beat others, thinking in terms of "me vs. them." Believing others have to lose for you to win.

Lose-Win mentality   Low courage, high consideration, prone to being taken advantage of, victim mentality. Others always win and you always lose.

Lose-Lose mentality   If you can't win, no one can. Tearing others and yourself down.

Emotional Bank Account (EBA) "depositing"   Acts of kindness, keep promises, keep confidences, don't gossip, set clear expectations, apologize, forgive
