What does Option- dragging a clip do?   Option- dragging creates a copy of a sequence clip and repositions the copy in a different location, laving the original sequence clip in place.

If 1 track of a clip has gotten out of sync with the other tracks, by being either slipped or moved, how do you resync those tracks?   Press Command-Z or Control-click the red out-of-sync indicators on the tracks you want to adjust and choose "Slip Into Sync" or "Move Into Sync".

To hide a column, click on the column name.
 
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
 
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
 
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
