lose-win mindset   low on courage high on consideration. not brave enough to stand up for yourself. theses people bury a lot of feelings. easy for them to say yes and usually taken advantage of.

lose-lose mindset   if you can't win nobody wins. you get revenge, also envy and criticize others. you don't care if you win or if others do. no courage to stand up for self. very inconsiderate and no courage

win-win mindset   you are ready to walk away before somebody loses. balancing courage and consideration takes proactive patience. this is ideally where you want to be.

E.B.A   emotional bank account think about your relationships as a bank account. when you do something that helps the relationship; that is a deposit. when you do something that hurts the relationship; that is a withdraw

tips for making more deposits instead of withdraws   -find out what the deposit is for the other person -do small acts of kindness -keep promises -keep confidences -be loyal to the absent -set clear expectations -apologize and forgive
