What is a lahar ?   When ash , mud and rocks mix with rain and melting snow , forming a lahar. Lahars are mudflows flowing at a very fast pace.

The main negative effect of volcanoes.   Volcanic eruptions kill people.

What happens when people have to evacuate ?   Depending on the scale of the volcanoe , many people are made homeless because of the eruption.

What happens to the countrys economy after a volcanic eruption ?   After volcanoes there does be a lot of damage so the governement of that country has to provide for the homeless people and rebuild the affected area.
