| What is video modeling? | Video modeling is a technology-based method that can be used to teach a wide range of skills to persons with ASD or other disabilities, or typical peers.

| How does video modeling work? | It uses video/digital clips of either the individual being taught, or other models(parents, teachers, etc.) performing a target behavior or sequence of behaviors. The learner watches the video and is then asked to perform the target behavior.

| Who can benefit from video modeling? | Video modeling can help people with and without disabilities. Examples include individuals with ASD, learning disabilities, Down Syndrome, physical disabilities, as well as normally developing students.

| What behaviors can video modeling teach? | A few (out of many) behaviors video modeling can teach include behaviors related to communication, emotion recognition, social initiation, daily skills, and academics.

| Where can video modeling be implemented? | It is used in a variety of settings, including school, home, clinics, and community. In schools, video modeling can be used in both general and special education classrooms, as well as mixed settings.

| Who is the model in regular video modeling? | The model can be anyone besides the learner, such as parents, teachers, siblings, or peers.
