Rivers

Geography ,land and it's landforms

QuestionAnswer
Name all depositional features of a river. Deltas ,levees and floodplains.
Name all erosion features of a river. Waterfalls and V-shaped valleys.
What is a delta? A delta is a fan shaped area at the end of a river made by material deposition.
What is the material carried by the river called? Load.
Why does the river bend at the interlocking spurs? Because the river can't erode the hard rock in the interlocking spurs.
