Natural Resources All materials we use that come from the Earth.
Renewable Resources A resource that once used up can be replenished- such as trees or other plants.
Nonrenewable Resources A resource that once used up can be replenished can't be replenished- it's gone forever, such as coal oil nuclear mine.
Conservation Using resources wisely so they don't go to waste.
Reduce Using less of a material for a certain purpose.
Reuse Using materials or products over and over again.
Recycle Processing materials again to make new materials.
Fossil Fuels Natural fuels, sch as gas or coal, formed from animal and plant remains.
