| What is physical health? | Body function- eating right, exercise, good body weight, drugs or alcohol, no diease or sickness |
| What is emotional health? | copeing with feeling- in positive and nondistructive ways |
| What is social health? | Your relationships with friends, family and others- respect others and stay away from people who dont respect you |
| What is mental health? | to recognize reality and cope with the damands of daily life- having high self esteem, free mental health, trying new things |
| What is spiritual health? | having spiritual direction and understanding your purpose in life- living according to my ethice morals and values, practice a religion, and peace with yourself and those around you |
