How might Chinese history have been different if the Chinese had continued their sea exploration? If they continued Sea exploration they would have been more prepared for encounters with Western cultures.
Why did Confucianism have a strong influence under the Silla? How did this effect Korean Society? Koreans adopted the Confucian philosophy of family as a foundation of the state. This affected the rights of women who became more subordinate in the family.
How did foreign cultures influence the Khmer empire and Vietnam in different ways? Khmer--Shaped strongly by Indian culture through trade.They adopted writing, art, math, architecture. Vietnam- influenced by China. Confuianism,civil service, beurcracy, lang.
