Point | a location in space |

Ray | A part of a line that starts at one endpoint and extends forever |

angle | a figure formed by two rays |

vertex | the point where two sides intersect |

acute vertex | a vertex that measures less than 90 |

Complementary Angles | two angles whose measures add up to 90 |

obtuse angle | a angle whose measure is greater than 90 but less than 180 |

right angle | an angle that measures 90 |

straight angle | an angle that measures 180 |

supplementary | Two angles that have the sum of 180 |

adjacent angles | Angles in the same plane that have a common vertex |

corresponding angles | A pair of angles formed by a transversal and two line |

parallel line | lines in a plane that do not intersect |

perpendicular lines | lines in a plane that intersect |

skew lines | lines that lie in different planes |

transversal | a line that intersects two or more lines |

vertical angles | A pair of opposite congruent angles |

square | a rectagle with four congruent sides |

rhombus | a parrelgram with four equal sides |

trapoziod | A quadlatertical with exactly four equal sides |
