Parkinson disease Degeneration of neurons in the basal ganglia, occring in later life and leading to tremors, weakness of muscles, and slowness of movement
Tourette Syndrome Involuntary, spasmodic, twitching movements; uncontrollable vocal sounds; and inappropriate words
