No le conozco le is used instead of lo in spain speaking countries. I don't know him.
Lo the neuter pronoun. for ideas not specific to gender. Ya lo se. I know it. used to replace adjectives, pronouns, or nouns with SER, ESTAR, PARECER. No, no lo son. no they are not.
me indirect object pronoun "me" indicates who receives the verb.(appears before the verb) Me regalo sus guantes. He gave me the gloves.
nos indirect object pronoun "us" indicates who receives the verb.(appears before the verb) Nos regalo sus guantes. He gave us the gloves.
te indirect object pronoun "you" indicates who receives the verb.(appears before the verb) Te dijo su secreto? did she tell you the secret?
os indirect object pronoun "you" (plural)indicates who receives the verb.(appears before the verb)
le/les indirect object pronouns Les mando el recado. she sent them the message. Le hiciste la merienda. you made a snack for her.
yo/nosotros subject pronoun Lo hice yo. i did it.
tu/vostoros subject pronoun "you" informal abri tu libro. open your book
el/ella/usted subject pronoun for third person
