what are the diffrent kinds of graphs? bar graphs, double bar graphs, pie graphs (also known as circle graphs), line graphs, and pictographs
what is a bar graph good for? they are best for comparing categories.
what is a double bar graph good for? it is best for comparing sets of data.
what is a pie (or a circle graph) good for? they are best for comparing catigories to the whole using presents.
what is a line graph good for? they are best for showing change over time.
what is a pictograph good for? they are best for comparing data that can be easily counted using symbols (pictures).
what does it mean to distort the scale(or break the y-axis)? it means to shorten the y-axis with a symbol.
what does it mean to distort the visuals? it means to make the sizes of the symbols diffrent to make you think that there is more of something.
what does it mean to distort the bars? to make a bar wider than the others so that it caches your attenchen
