Number Theory

vocabularydefinitions
Factor A number that is multiplied by another to find a product
Multiple A number that is the product of a given number and another whole number
Divisible A number is divisible by a number if it is capable of being divided by that number without a remainder
Prime Number A number that has exactly two factors,1 and itself
Composite Numbers A number that has more than two factors
Square Number A number that is the product of any number and itself
Square Root One of the two equal factors of a number
