What graph is the equation y=ax^2+bx+c congruent to? y-ax^2
What is the quadratic formula? x equals negative b plus or minus the square root of b squared minus 4ac all over 2a
What is vertex form? y-k=a(x-h)^2
How do you figure out real solutions? 1. 2 real solutions if b^2-4ac>0 2. 1 real solutions if b^2-4ac=0 3. two complex conjugate solutions if b^2-4ac<0
What does i (imaginary number) equal? i squared equals negative one and the square root of i equals negative one
