What is the definition of mood? The feeling or atmosphere that authors create using descriptive words.
What is the definition of inferences? A logical assumption that is based on observed facts and ones own knowledge and experience.
What is the definition of connotation? An attitude or feeling associated with a word.
What is the defintion of denotation? A words dictionary defintion.
What is the definition of foil? Is a character who provides a striking contrast to another character.
What is the definition of antagonist? Is a principal character or force in opposition to a protagonist, or main character.
What is the definition of protagonist? Is the main character in a work of literature, who is involved in the central conflict of the short story.
