QuestionAnswer
equation a mathematical sentenve that contains an = sign.
variable a symbol that represents an unknown value in mathematical expression
zero pairs the result when one positive counter consists of a set of points
circumference the distance around an object
pi the ratio of circumference of a circle to the diameter
radius half the distance across a circle
diameter the whole distance across a circle
area the number of square units needed to cover the surface enclosed by a geometric figure
volume the number of cubic units needed to full the space occupied by a solid
