acrimonious adjective--biting or hateful, especially in language, feeling, or manner--IN CONTEXT CLUES, THIS WORD WILL BE USED TO DESCRIBE THINGS RATHER THAN AN ACTUAL PERSON)
adamant adjective--unyielding or adjective--inflexible (which means when you have decided something, you will NOT change your mind)
martyred verb--sacrificed for one's principles or beliefs
apprehensive adjective--fearful of the future
provocation noun-something that stirs up an emotion, such as anger
unfathomable adjective--unable to be understood or measured
