allusion a reference to a well known person, event, place, literary work, or a work of art.
antagonist a charcter or a force in conflict with a main charter, or protagonist
charcter. person or an animal that takes part in the action of the lit. work
climax the turning or the hight point in the action of the plot.
conflit a struugle between opposing forces
exposition in the plot of a story, it introduces hte charcter, setting, and the basic situation
figurative language writting or a speech that is not meant to be taken literlly
flash back a secene withen a story that interrupts the suequence of events to relate to events that occurred in the past
